This report displays a very detailed list of the Worker Comp Codes and Costs by Employee Name & Accounting Period.

Date Type	Accounting Period Date or Check Date	Paycheck Accounting Period Date or date of Check
Start Date

Include Burden Factor	Yes / No	Click here for details
Roll Up To Parent Customer	Yes / No	Based on this parameter, the result will either displayed per individual customer department or rolled into Root Customer.

State	State name from the location of Job
WorkerCompCode	Worker Comp Code from the Transaction
WCCodeDescription	Worker Comp Code Description of WC Code
EmployeeID	Employee ID associated with the Transaction
EmployeeName	Employee Name
SSN	SSN of the employee
OrderType	Order Type from the Transaction
SkillCode	Skill Code from the Transaction
AccountingPeriodDate	Accounting Period Date of the Transaction
CheckDate	Check Date of the Transaction
RegWages	Paycode 'Reg' wages
OTWages	Paycode 'OT' wages
DTWages	Paycode 'DT' wages
OtherWages	Paycode not: Reg, OT or DT wages
GrossWages	Total Gross Wages
WorkerCompWage	Total Wages for that Worker Comp Code
