Classic/Back Office: the Config Choice system name is Electronic1095C and the choice code is Electronic 1095-C for  Category, EmployeeInterview. 

Integrated/BOLD: There are new fields on the Employee record in BOLD on the Tax tab.  The data will go there and then flow into back office in the employee interview question.
