Error Messages

The Avionté Web Platform generates a range of error messages summarizing an issue. To assist troubleshooting, each error message has a unique code with its prefix corresponding to an area in the application. Those codes are detailed below.

AA Avionté Web Platform Admin Message is generated due to an error in the Avionté Web Platform's Admin section. 
AE Avionté Web Platform General Message is generated due to a general issue in the Avionté Web Platform.
AEHM Avionté Web Platform Home Page Message is generated due to an issue with the Avionté Web Platform Home page.
AEJB Avionté Web Platform Job Board Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Job Board module.
AESE Avionté Web Platform Security Message is generated due to a security issue.
AETM Avionté Web Platform Talent Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Talent module.
AU Authentication Message is generated as a result of an authentication/login issue.
CM Component Message is generated as a result of a component issue.
CO Company - Recruiter Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Company section of the Recruiter Module.
CT Contact - Recruiter Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Contact section of the Recruiter Module.
ID Identity Message is generated due to an issue with user identity.
INT Integrations Message is generated due to an issue with an integrated application.
OR Order - Recruiter Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Order section of the Recruiter Module.
  Posting - Recruiter Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Posting section of the Recruiter Module.
TA Talent - Recruiter Module Message is generated due to an issue in the Talent section of the Recruiter Module.

 

 

Admin Error Codes

General Error Codes

Code Internal Name Displayed Message Resolution
AE000   Yeahhh... Something happened that the app can't recover from. Please contact Avionté support. The error is basically a fallback used if the system is otherwise unable to determine what went wrong. If this message is seen in production, it’s most likely that something fundamental is mis-configured – most likely something outside of Avionté application code.
AE001   Something happened that the app can't recover from. Please contact support.  
AE002   We couldn't find the requested content. The content may not exist or search terms may have been incorrectly entered.
AE003   It looks like you don't have access to that. Please contact an administrator. A user with access can navigate to Admin > Permissions to enable access to the locked area.
AE004   We couldn't handle your request. Please try again or contact support.

Job Board Error Codes

AEJB002   Job board not available. Please contact support. The job board may not yet be available because Talent module settings have not yet been configured and saved. Visit the Admin - Talent Module Settings article to configure a job board.
AEJB003   Job board not available. Please contact support.  
AEJB004   A duplicate record already exists.  
AEJB005   You do not have permission to perform this action. A user with access can navigate to Admin > Permissions to enable functionality.
AEJB006   An error occurred. Please retry your request.  
AEJB007   The server has encountered a problem. Please retry your request.  
AEJB008   Unable to connect to the server. Please retry your request. A connectivity issue may exist. 
AEJB009   Record was not found.  
AEJB010   Your login session has expired. Please sign in again.

An Agent job executes 24 hours after a login asking the user to sign in again.  

Eventually, the Avionté Web Platform logins may automatically expire after a period of inactivity (20-30 mins) however, there is currently no inactivity timeout after x number of minutes.

AEJB011   The location entered did not match any known ZIP/Postal Code.

The Postal Code may be incorrect. Adjust the entered code or the code on the parsed resume.

The issue may also be that the Postal Code is not yet in the Avionté system. The USPS and Canadian postal service continue to add and edit postal codes. Sometimes, those codes have not yet been entered into the Avionté system.

AEJB013      
AEJB014   Job Board is inactive. Job boards may be activated in the Recruiter Module's Admin > Job Board area. For details, visit the Admin - Job Boards article.

Add a document to the record with the "Add Document" function in the Profile QuickLink.

An error occurred due to invalid data. Verify the information and try again.

A record with value(s) {0} already exists.

Change the value to avoid duplication.

You do not have permission to perform this action.

A super user or admin can use Admin > Permissions to manage user access and capability.
CM007 General

An error occurred. Please retry or contact your administrator.

If a search result limit is reached, the user may apply filters to reduce the number of results in a search. 
CM014 PleaseCorrect

Please correct highlighted fields.

An error occurred while running your search. Try another search.

The issue may be with Avionte's search mechanism (Elastic) or the search content.

Retry the search with the same content.

The file may be damaged, may be an unidentified file type, or may have an unacceptable file name. Re-save the file and try again. 
CM028 PrimaryResidentAddress

This is the primary Resident address and cannot be removed in the Recruiter module. This action can be performed in the core application.

The Primary or Main Address can be edited in the legacy application with Edit Address in the Detail pages (Employee > Detail, Contact > Detail). 
CM029 PostalCodeNoData

Location data not available for postal code.

The Postal Code may be incorrect. Adjust the entered code or the code on the parsed resume.
