Report Description

This report lists all the archived items from the table over a specified date range.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
User Name		Filter results by User Name
Start Date		Date Archive Start
End Date		Date Archived End
Table Name		Filter results by Table Name
Column Name		Filter results by Column Name

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
Audit Type	Type of change done. Ex. – Update, Delete.
Table Name	List the table names in which changes were made
ColumnName	Name of the columns in which changes were made
OldValue	The old value before a change
NewValue	The new value after a change
DateModified	The date in which modification was done
UserName	The name of the user who did the changes
UserDescription	The description of the user who did the changes
AdditionalNotes
EntityID	The ID associated with the Entity (Customer, Employee, ...)
EntityName	The name of the Entity (Customer, Employee, ...)
EntityType	The Type of Entity (Customer, Employee, ...)
