Find Missing School District Codes AQ

Report Description

Shows a list of active assignments with/without school districts within a specific time period for the following states: OH, PA, and KY if the address type is 'Employee Address', and KY and PA if the address type is 'Customer Worksite'

School district should be selected on employee and/or worksite address in states with school district taxes.  This AQ is a useful audit tool when run in advance of payroll processing to identify addresses that need to have the school district added. 

Parameters

Result Type	All, Missing School District Code	Use this to filter out records by result type.  Select "Missing School District" to identify just those records with school district missing.

AddressType	Address Type
Street1	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address Street1; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address Street1 for the assignment.
Street2	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address Street2; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address Street2 for the assignment.
City	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address City; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address City for the assignment.
State	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address State; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address State for the assignment.
ZipCode	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address ZipCode; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address ZipCode for the assignment.
Geocode	The value depends on the address type: if 'Employee Address', it is the Employee's Primary Address Geocode; if 'Customer Worksite', it is the Worksite Address Geocode for the assignment.
SchoolDistrictCode	School District code for the selected School District (Blank for No School District)
