Report Description

The Standard Report – Quarterly Withholding Schedule B displays liability data within a selected quarter & year, and will separate the liability by Federal, State and Territory. The report is designed to assist with filing state withholding, as well as reconcile federal tax.

Section – A. First Month of Quarter (Days of the Month)
Field Name	Explanation
1 - 31	Liability total for each day within the month
Month 1 Liability: Enter total here and on Part 2, line B1	Total liability for all days within first month of quarter. Part 2, Line B1 of Form 941

Section – B. First Month of Quarter (Days of the Month)
Field Name	Explanation
1 - 31	Liability total for each day within the month
Month 2 Liability: Enter total here and on Part 2, line B2	Total liability for all days within second month of quarter. Part 2, Line B2 of Form 941
