Standard AQ - IL Day and Temporary Labor Act Registration AQ

Report Description

The Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act was established to Require agencies that employ persons to provide to a third-party client services to register with the Illinois Department of Labor and to comply with specific employment standards. In accordance with amendments made effective in 2018, when the temporary labor service agency submits its annual report to the Department of Labor, the report must disclose the race and gender of the temporary laborers.
