Report Description

Shows orders posted to the web.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Branch (Order)	All available branches
Order Type	All Temp & DH Order types
Customer Name		Filters results by Customer Name.
Start Date (Date Posted)
End Date (Date Posted)
Show Active Only	Yes, No	If yes then pulls only those order which is active =1 in OrderJobPortal else pulls those other which has DatePosted between the parameter start date and end date.

StaffingCompany	StaffingOrder Supplier.
BoldCompanyID	The identifier for the related company in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
Branch	StaffingOrder Branch.
StaffingOrderID	Pulls staffingorderID from staffingorder.
CustomerName	Pulls customer name from customer.
DepartmentName	Pulls department name from customer.
CustomerID	Pulls customerID from customer.
JobPortal	Pulls name from JobPortal.  Note: This field will be blank for Aero jobs.
DatePosted	Date order was posted to Web.  Note: This field will be blank for Aero jobs.
PostedByUser	User who posted order to Web.  Note: This field will be blank for Aero jobs.
[Required]	Number of jobs from staffingorder.
Placed	Number of jobs placed from staffingorder.
StartDate	Pulls startdate from OrderSchedule.
EndDate	Pulls enddate from OrderSchedule.
PayRate	Pulls payrate from orderrate with transaction type like reg , salary.
BillRate	Pulls billrate from orderrate with transaction type like reg , salary.
JobTitle	Pulls skillcode from configskill if the order is temp order else pulls jobtitle from staffingorderDh if the order is dh order.
BoldJobID	The identifier for the related job in AviontéBOLD (Front Office)
WcCode	Pulls state + wccode from configwccode.
OrderType	Pulls order type from staffingorder.
OrderStatus	Pulls status from staffingorder.
ShiftName	Pulls shift name from customer shift if there is customershift in CustomerShift else pulls from OrderSchedule.
IsActive	Pulls IsActive from OrderJobPortal.
OrderCandidates	Counts the candidate from OrderCandidate.
