Standard AQ - Employee Missing Certification

Report Description

This report shows the list of missing employee certifications.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Branch (Employee)	All available branches.
Certification List	I-9, Passport, School Id, etc.	All available certifications list. (Certification Name from ConfigCertificationType)
On Assignment	Both, Yes, No	When Both, shows the Employee those are in assignment and not in assignment. When Yes, shows the Employee those are in assignment. When No, shows the Employee those are not in assignment.
Customer Name	Free text	'%' to return all results (default), or enter specific customer name

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
StaffingCompany	Employee staffing supplier.
BranchName	Employee branch.
EmployeeID	Pulls EmployeeID.
BoldTalentID	Pulls EmployeeID from AviontéBOLD (front office)
Employee Name	Full name of the employee.
SSN	Employee SSN.
CustomerName	Name of Customer
OnAssignment	If employee is OnAssignment then the check-box is checked, if not then check-box is unchecked.
EmployeeEmail	Employee's email address
Address1	Employee Primary Address (Street1)
Address2	Employee Primary Address (Street 2)
City	City: Employee Primary Address.
State	State: Employee Primary Address.
ZipCode	Zip Code: Employee Primary Address.
