Standard AQ - Accrual Balance as of Today

Report Description

The Accrual Balance as of Today provides employee accrual information as of the day the report is run.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Branch (Employee)	All available branches
Accrual Plan		Config Accrual Plan Value like Vacation, Deplete plan etc.
On Assignment	Yes/No/Both
Show Balance > Than	Free Text	Should only pass Money value.

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
EmployeeID	Shows the Employee ID.
BoldTalentID	The Employee ID used on the front end (BOLD).
SSN	Shows the Employee SSN.
FirstName	Shows Employee First Name.
MiddleName	Shows Employee Middle Name.
LastName	Shows Employee Last Name.
EmployeeStatus
Branch	Employee Branch.
OnAssignment	Employee On Assignment check-box value. If employee is OnAssignment then the check-box is checked, if not then check-box is unchecked.
IsW2	Employee IsW2. If parameter “On Assignment” is chosen “Yes” then AQ shows those employees only whose Is W2 is checked If parameter “On Assignment” is chosen “No” then AQ shows those employees only whose Is W2 is unchecked If parameter “On Assignment” is chosen “Both” then AQ shows both employees.
AccrualPlan	Shows the Employee Accrual Plan Name which is setup for employee.
Rate	Employee Accrual Plan Rate.
RateBasedOn	Shows which AccrualRateType is setup for the Employee Accrual Plan. The value will be like Per Hour, Per Pay Period.
Balance Unit	Shows balance of Employee Accrual Plan.
AccrualDateEntered	Shows entered date of Employee Accrual Plan.
DateBasedOn	Shows which AccrualDateType is setup for the Employee Accrual Plan. The value will be like Calendar Date, Anniversary Date.
PayPeriodLimit	Shows Pay Period Limit of Employee Accrual Plan.
YearlyLimit	Shows Yearly Limit of Employee Accrual Plan.
AccrualStartDate	Shows start date of Employee Accrual Plan.
AccrualEndDate	Shows end date of Employee Accrual Plan.
Active	Shows if the Employee Accrual Plan is active or not.
Last Pay Rate	Shows the employee latest assignment pay rate of paycode Reg.
LastWeekWorked	Shows the employee latest Transaction week worked date.
Customer Name Last Worked	Shows the name of the customer where the Employee last worked on.
