Config Option - GSACA_1095CLine15Value - Supplier Property

The GSACA_1095CLine15Value property populates information for line 15 (Employee share of lowest cost monthly premium). Also able to put in multiple entities by starting a new line with an "Enter" separation.

Note: This can be overridden at the branch and employee levels.
