Config Option - ACA_EEN_MEC_Date - Supplier Property

The ACA_EEN_MEC_Date property will indicate when a supplier began offering MEC to its employees.

Note: This can be overridden on branch level which will be reflected on 1095c lines 14 & 16.

Admin Tools location:	Employer Category: (Select Employer) > Details Tab
Default	Null (empty value)
Valid values:	MM/YYYY
Where the setting is reflected...	ACA Reporting (1095/1094-C)
