The ACA_EEN_DateofChange property corresponds to question 16, third box on the form New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage (OMB No. 1210-0149). This property is used when the employer's year is nearing an end, and the employer intends on offering health coverage or is changing the premium for the lowest cost plan available. The value entered in this property indicates how often the employee pays in premiums for the coverage in the new plan year.
