Standard Report - Accrued Hours

Report Description

This report gives the details of total hours for employees within a specified time period. It is useful for double-checking entered hours, determining benefit qualifications, and calculating any bonuses or holiday pay.

Parameters

Parameter Name

Explanation

Customer Name

 

Filters results by Customer Name.

Employee Name

 

Filters results by Employee Name.

Assigned

All, Yes, No

Yes = Only shows currently opened/not completed  Assignments

No = Only shows currently closed/completed Assignments

All = Shows all Assignments (open or closed/completed)

Order ID

 

Filters results by Order ID

Start Date

 

 

End Date

 

 

Total Hours >=

 

Filters by Employee’s Total Hours

Group By

Customer Department, Employee, Order ID, Root Customer

Root Customer = Shows the Summary of the Hours for each Customer

Customer Department = Shows the Summary of the Hours for each Department & Customer

Order ID = Shows the Summary of the Hours for each Order ID

Employee = Shows the Summary of Hours for each Employee

Branch

All available branches

 

Date Type

Accounting Period Date, Week Worked

Transaction’s Accounting Period or Week Worked.

Will be visible when Root Customer is selected under Group By Parameter.

Employee’s first assignment start date

Reg

Employee’s Total Reg Hours

Employee’s Total OT Hours

Employee’s Total DT Hours

Vacation

Employee’s Total Vacation Hours (Transaction Type’s System Name that starts with Vac)

Holiday

Employee’s Total Holiday Hours (Transaction Type’s System Name that starts with Hol)

Employee’s Total Other Hours (except Reg, OT, DT / any pay code that is setup with Property “IncludeInOtherhours” = True.)
