Email profiles are created so an Avionté user can send and receive emails directly from and to the Avionté application. An email profile must be set up to manage emails through Avionté.
An email profile must be set up to use any of the email features in Avionté.
Create an Email Profile
- From the Start Page, open the Actions menu.
- Select Email Profile.
- The Email Profile tab displays by default. Create an email profile for your user by populating the fields:
Field Description Profile Name The familiar name attached to the email profile. Recipients will see the Profile Name when receiving an email. Email Address The specific email address that will be leveraged to send emails through the Avionté application. Reply To Email Address The specific email address that will be leveraged to receive emails through the Avionté application. Signature An HTML editor used to add a custom signature to an outgoing email. For more information, see Email Signature Troubleshooting. - Click Next. The Share Profile tab displays all other users in your organization's Avionté application.
- In the Select column, place an 'X' next to any individual with whom your email address will be shared.
- The Select All Users From My Branch and Select All Users From My Supplier buttons can be used to add multiple users at a time.
- The Select All Users From My Branch and Select All Users From My Supplier buttons can be used to add multiple users at a time.

Click Finish.
An email profile now exists in the Avionte application for the user. The profile has been shared with any employee selected in the Share Profile tab.
