Order Candidates

The Candidates section of Temp Order contains all of the information about candidates that were matched to a selected order.

Add Employee

Field	Description
Add Current Employee	Adds an employee to the list of candidates below. An employee must be selected through the LookUp feature (below) beforehand.
LookUp	In the lookup fields a user can select a criteria to search for and enter a value to search by. A list of results will populate in the drop-down menu, highlight a result and click the Add Current Employee button to add a candidate to the grid at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Action

Field	Description
Select All	Placing a checkmark in this box selects all of the candidates below.
By Status	The drop-down menu features statuses of employees that will filter the list below. Place a checkmark in a status box to include employees that meet that status.
Status	Set the status for candidates in the lower grid. Any candidate with a checkmark next to it will receive the status when the "Set" button is clicked. Note: If an email template has been set for status, an email prompt will appear.

 

 

Grid Column Options

Select the Field Chooser button to configure columns in the grid.

 

Field	Description
Action	Placing a check mark in a box will allow actions to correspond with that row's candidate.
AgencyName	The name of the agency placing the order.
Assign	Button that opens the New Assignment wizard which creates an assignment for the employee.
CandidateStatus	Displays whether or not the candidate is currently assigned.
C-Status	Candidate status. This entry designates what the individual's status is before they've been assigned a position.
Detail	Generates the Order Candidate Detail window displaying interview questions and answers.
Email	The employee's email.
Employee Name	The employee's full name.
EmployeeID	A unique identifier is assigned to the employee.
EnterBy	The name of the user that entered information about the employee.
EnteredDate	The date the user initially entered information about the employee.
E-Status	Employee status. This entry designates what the individual's status is after they've been assigned a position.
Interview Date/Time	The date and time the employee was interviewed.
Interview Location	The location where the employee was interviewed.
IsActive	Designates whether the employee is active (available for work) or inactive (not available for work.)
LastContactDate	The last contact between the employee and the agency.
Node	An agency's branch ID.
Note	A free-form text field used to record information about a candidate/employee.
PortalStatus	Designates whether the employee has access to an employee portal.
Primary Contact #	The individual's primary phone number.
Resume	Indicates whether or not the agency has received a resume from the individual.
SalaryMax	The maximum hourly salary expected by the employee.
SalaryMin	The minimum hourly salary expected by the employee.
See Resume	Generates a Notepad version of the employee's resume.
ShowOnWeb	If a check mark is placed in the individual's ShowOnWeb box, the individual's information is viewable in Avionte.
View	Opens the Employee > Summary view of the employee providing basic information and any data requirement messages such as "Employee does not have a valid I-9."
