Standard AQ - Oregon Statewide Transit Tax

Report Description

The Oregon Transit Tax is a statewide payroll tax that employers withhold from employees. Oregon employers must withhold 0.1% from each employee’s gross pay. The report can be exported as .xlsx file and uploaded directly to the Oregon Department of Revenue.

Please Note, the title of the sheet in the .xlsx file must be changed “EmployeeDetail” for proper upload.

Parameter Name



Supplier FEIN

All, select from all FEINs available

Displays list of Supplier’s FEIN values in the dropdown menu


Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Full Year

Each year is divided into four quarters, with each quarter consisting of three consecutive months. Q1 covers the first three months of the year, Q2 includes the next three months, Q3 encompasses the following three months, and Q4 concludes with the last three months of the year. The full year comprises all four quarters.

Displays a list of year from 2017 to current year.



Report Fields

Field Name



The employee's Social Security Number.

First Initial

The employee’s First Initial.

Employee Last Name

The Employee’s Last Name.

Total Subject Wages

The employee’s Subject Wages for selected quarter or year.

Statewide Transit Tax Withheld

Calculated .01% Transit Tax Withheld from employee’s gross pay.


To upload this to the state website: 

 - Export as Excel

 - Save the file

 - Edit the sheet name to EmployeeDetail

 - Save the file
