Required Setup

Need an Unemployment Date setup with the SystemName = ClaimDate and SystemName = ClaimReceived

Report Description

Lists all unemployment claim information by employee. This report generates a detailed list of unemployment claims and their statuses which can be used for simple tracking or for presentation in court.

Parameters

Status	Unemployment status present, from the Category “UnemploymentStatus”
DeterminationStatus	Unemployment Determination Status present, from the Category “UnemploymentDeterminationStatus”.
ReasonStatus	Reason status present, from the category “UnemploymentStatusReason”
PotentialCharges	Potential Charges from Unemployment claim.
TotalBenefitCharged	Sum of Total BenefitCharges from a particular Unemployment claim.
TerminatedByEmployer	Displays TRUE if “Terminated By Employer” has been checked for a particular claim.
Protestable	Displays TRUE, if “Protestable” has been checked for a particular claim.
SeparationInfoNeeded	Displays TRUE, if “Separation Info Needed” has been checked for a particular claim
AppealPending	Displays TRUE, if “Appeal Pending” has been checked for a particular claim
ClaimNotChargeable	Displays TRUE, if “Claim Not Chargeable” has been checked for a particular claim
MaxBenefit	Max Benefit from Unemployment claim.
WeeklyBenefit	Weekly Benefit from Unemployment claim.
AvgPayPerWeek	Avg Pay Per Week from Unemployment claim.

SSN	Employee's social security number
