Standard AQ - Federal EEO Reporting

This report gives Federal reporting of EEO-1 information.

Setup Required

This report requires mapping: https://support.avionte.com/hc/en-us/articles/218393358

Special Logic

Report throws following error message as result if EEO Mapping or Job Category Mapping has not been completed: 'Mapping Group "EEO Report Mapping" or Mapping Type "Job Category" is missing'

If Job Position mapping is missing, then following error message is thrown: 'Missing Mapping in Admin Tools >> Import Export Mapping Section'

Report Description

This report gives Federal reporting of EEO-1 information.

This report was created based on the specifications found on the EEOC.gov website.

Exclude DH Orders	Yes / No	If Yes, it excludes candidates associated with Direct Hire orders

Job Position	Different Job Position on which Employee has worked on for selected date range
Mapping Job Category	Different Job category defined by Avionte: EXECUTIVE/SENIOR LEVEL FIRST/MID LEVEL Professionals Technicians Sales Workers Office and Clerical Craft Workers (Skilled) Operatives (Semi-Skilled) Laborers (Unskilled) Service Workers
