Standard AQ - Customer Attendance

Required Setup

Customers need to set up the WeekEnd Day in Category “CustomerWeekendDay” to see their particular WeekEndDay in this AQ.

 

 

Report Description

Details weekly attendance of employees at assignments by Customer. This report shows a brief snapshot of employee attendance and the customer that they are assigned to.

The results of this AQ pull from attendance entries made in the Roster section of Avionté. Attendance-related Messages logged directly into the Message section of an Employee's record will not be captured in this AQ.

Assignment’s Branch.

Customer Name associated with Assignment.

DepartmentName

Department Name of the Customer.

EmployeeName

Employee Name present in the Assignment.

SSN

Social Security Number of the Employee

DateWorked

Assignment Schedule Roster’s Date

Day

Day of the DateWorked (Assignment Schedule Roster’s Date.)

Entry

Attendance Choice code of category “RosterAttendanceCode” entered.

WeekEndDay

WeekEndDay set by the customer for category “CustomerWeekendDay”.

If a particular customer does not have set the WeekEndDay, then in such case the WeekEndDay which is set for the Assignment’s Branch is displayed.

WeekEndDate

The Date of the WeekEndDay.
