Standard AQ - Birthday

Report Description

This report lists the employee birthday information by month and branch.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Description
Branch (Employee)	All available branches.
Employee Month		Filters the result by month.
Show Customer Detail	Yes , No	When set to Yes, displays the customer detail. When set to No, hides the customer detail.

Report Fields

Field Name	Description
StaffingCompany	Employee Staffing Supplier.
Branch	Employee Branch.
EmployeeID	Pulls EmployeeID.
EmployeeName	Pulls employee name.
BOLDTalentID	Employee ID in AviontéBOLD (Front Office).
EmployeeStatus	Show the employee status like Active, Applicant, etc.
OnAssignment	If employee is OnAssignment then the check-box is checked, if not then check-box is unchecked.
Birthday	Shows the date and the month of the employee’s date of birth.
EmployeeAddress	Pulls the Primary address, full address of the employee (City, State, Zip Code, Street1 and Street2).
Phone	Pulls the phone number of the employee; system name having phone.
Email	Pulls the Email address of the employee; system name having email.
CustomerName	Shows the customer name for which the employee is working. Hidden when the Show Customer Detail parameter is set to no.
DepartmentName	Department name of the customer. Hidden when the Show Customer Detail parameter is set to no.
