Report Description

This report is useful for filing sales tax at end of year.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Branch	All available branches	Transaction’s branch
Date Type	Invoice Date, Accounting Period Date	Transaction’s Invoice Date and Accounting Period Date
Start Date
End Date
Sales Tax Name		List outs available sales tax’s name
Show Summary	True, False	If set to True, it displays customer level data If set to False, it displays employee level data as well

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Sales Tax Name	Name of the sales tax
State	Name of the State of which the sales tax is
County	Name of the County of which the sales tax is
Customer	Customer Name – Department Name
Sales	Sum of total Item Bill
Taxable Sales	Total Amount in which actual Tax is calculated in given date range
Sales Tax Rate	Rate of Sales Tax
Tax Amount	Total Tax amount deducted in given date range
No. of Employees	Count of distinct employees
No. of Customers	Count of distinct customers
