The ACA_EEN_NewPlanYr property corresponds to question 16 on the form New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage (OMB No. 1210-0149). The value entered indicates whether the employer is making a health coverage change for the new plan year. If no change is planned, then the property should be left blank.
