The ACA_EEN_EligibleEmployees property corresponds to the first question on the form New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage (OMB No. 1210-0149). If the value entered for ACA_EEN_OfferPlan is Some, the value entered in this property indicates the type of employees that are eligible for a plan.
