Report Description

View outstanding AR aging in detail. Quickly track and analyze your receivable dollars to know who owes and who is not paying in a timely manner.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Options	Explanation
Roll up to Parent Customer	True/False	Based on this parameter, the result will either displayed per individual customer department or rolled into Root Customer.
Customer Name		Filters results by Customer Name.
Aging Date Type	Accounting Period Date, Due Date, Invoice Date	Invoice Accounting Period Date, Due Date or Invoice Date
As of Date		Select Date on basis of which the data are obtained
Group By	Branch, None	Select to choose to Group Invoices by Branch or not.
Branch	All available branches
Age Group 1		Define the width of Age Bucket 1 [Age Bucket 1 = 1 to Age Group 1 Value]
Age Group 2		Define the width of Age Bucket 2 [Age Bucket 2 = Age Group 1 Value + 1 to Age Group 2 Value]
Age Group 3		Define the width of Age Bucket 3 [Age Bucket 3 = Age Group 2 Value + 1  to Age Group 3 Value]
Show Summary	True / False	View Customer level Summary or view Invoice Level Detail

Report Fields

Field Name	Explanation
Affiliate	Invoice Supplier
Branch	Invoice Branch. Will be visible when Branch is selected under Group By Parameter.
Customer #	Customer ID [Customer who receives the Invoice] – This field will vary according to Roll Up To Parent Customer parameter
Customer Name	Customer Name from Invoice. [Invoice To Customer] – This field will vary according to Roll Up To Parent Customer parameter
Department	Customer Department
Payment Terms	Customer Payment Terms from Billing Setup
Credit Limit	Customer Credit Limit from Back Office Setup >> Credit
High Limit	Calculated as the highest amount, when the total of the outstanding amount for the invoice has been so far
Phone Number	Customer Primary Contact Method
Last Payment Date	Last Paid Date for Customer as per AsOfDate. There is another field with the same title [Last Payment Date] which is for Invoice.
Inv. #	Invoice Number
Inv. Date	Invoice Date
Date Due	Due Date from Invoice
Invoice Amount	Invoice Amount from Invoice
Finance Charge	Total Finance Charge accumulated to the Invoice as per AsOfDate
Payment/Credits	Total Amount paid by the client to the Invoice as per AsOfDate
Last Payment Date	Last Paid Date for Invoice as per AsOfDate. There is another field with the same title [Last Payment Date] which is for Customer.
GP Adj Cost	Sum of Item Cost for Transaction types that is nontaxable and has property GPCalculation set to True.
Balance	Total Balance Due of Invoice [Calculation: Invoice Amount – Payment Amount + Finance Charge]
DO	Days Outstanding (Age of Invoice). This field depends on the Aging Date Type parameter. If Aging Date Type = Invoice Date, DO = As Of Date – Invoice Date If Aging Date Type = Due Date, DO = As Of Date – Due Date If Aging Date Type = Accounting Period Date, DO = As Of Date – Accounting Period Date
Current	Balance Due of Invoice for which DO < 0
1 – Age Group 1 days (Eg. 1-30 days)	Column title is dynamic, which depends upon the Age Group 1 Parameter value. This Column shows the Balance Due of Invoice whose DO is between 1 and Age Group 1 Value
(Age Group 1 Value + 1)  –( Age Group 2) days (Eg. 31-60 days)	Column title is dynamic, which depends upon Age Group 1 Parameter value and Age Group 2 value. This Column shows the Balance Due of Invoice whose DO is between (Age Group 1 Value + 1)  and Age Group 2 Value
(Age Group2 Value + 1)  – (Age Group 3) days (Eg. 61-90 days)	Column title is dynamic, which depends upon Age Group 2 Parameter value and Age Group 3 Value. This Column shows the Balance Due of Invoice whose DO is between (Age Group2 Value + 1)   and Age Group 3 Value
Over (Age Group 3) days (Eg. Over 90 days)	Column title is dynamic, which depends upon the Age Group 3 Parameter value. This Column shows the Balance Due of Invoice whose DO is over Age Group 3 Value

Special logic

• If there is any Unapplied cash, then an additional Summary line is displayed which will show Actual Balance for the Customer. [See attached Snapshot: Customer: 1154 123 Technology]
• All Negative balances are taken as unapplied cash. If the client has overpaid any invoice, and has not created any UC, then that overpaid amount will be included under Unapplied Cash in AR Aging As Of report.
• Unapplied cash in the Detail section (data table) is denoted by brackets, also represents a negative amount. Unapplied cash can also be seen in Supplier Total Box and Report Total Box.
