Get Fed W2 Details with Box Totals (Non-GS Data)

Description

This report shows federal W2 information; Box 12 and Box 14 codes dynamically directly from Avionte and not Greenshades data.

Report Fields

Field Name	Description	Notes
EmployeeID	The unique ID assigned to the employee.
SSN	Pulls employee’s social security number from the employee.
FirstName	Employee's First Name
LastName	Employee's Last Name
Box12: <code>	Pulls the values for various Box 12 codes (such as Deductions, Benefits, Taxable Wages, Accruals, Direct Deposits, and Extra Values)	These columns will only be pulled on the AQ if they contain a value; otherwise, they will be excluded.
Box14: <code>	Pulls the values for various Box 14 codes (i.e Different Taxes)	These columns will only be pulled on the AQ if they contain a value; otherwise, they will be excluded.
