A certification type named “COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance” will exist in the system by default, but you can make your own as well.
If you use the Expiration Date field, for the Certification, it will be included in the Expiring Employee Cert. Counter.

Add a Covid-19 Vaccination Certification
- Click the Admin Tools button
- Double-click on Certification Type
- In the field Certification Name, type COVID
- You can also create your own certification.

- Click on the COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance certification
- When creating a custom certification:
- In the Category field, select the COVID-19 OSHA Compliance category.
- When creating a custom certification:
- Select all the branches that should have access to this certification
- Click the Save button
- You'll see a message that your changes have been saved.
- Click the OK button
- You don't have to restart the application unless you don't see the new certification listed.

Create a custom Covid Certification
You can create your own user-defined type, and assign it to the COVID-19 OSHA Compliance certification category. This will ensure that the data requirement messages (DRM) are being used.
- Click the Admin Tools button
- Double-click on Certification Type
- Click on the Add New button
- Select the COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance certification
- Type in a name in Certification field
- Example: COVID-19 Exemption
- Select all the branches that should have access to that certification
- Click on the Save button
- You'll see a message that your changes have been saved.
- Click the OK button
- You don't have to restart the application unless you don't see the new certification listed.
