Config Option - DefaultCovidBillingAmount

This Config Option controls the Bill Rate that is auto inserted when ‘UseCovidBilling’ is set to True.  The DefaultCovidBillingAmount property controls the default fee for Covid Billing Transactions.

Note: Not editable on Customer unless Override System Setup is checked.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > System > SystemSettings
Default:	False
Valid values:	True or False
Where the setting is reflected...	Customer sub-menu, expand Back Office Setup and select Billing Setup.
