This Config Option controls the Bill Rate that is auto inserted when ‘UseMonthlyCovidBilling’ is set to True. The UseMonthlyCovidBilling property controls the default monthly fee for Covid Billing Transactions.
Note: Not editable on Customer unless Override System Setup is checked.
