Releasing a position for recruitment assistance to approved vendors is simple. Head to the Job Details page and scroll to Vendor Assignments and click “edit” then check box “assign to vendors”.
Check all vendors that you want to release the opportunity to. Once you have identified the correct vendors, just click “Assign to vendors” and save the updates. Click the email icon to email the vendor(s) the job and any additional notes.
Note: Only approved vendors will appear in this list. If you want to make a vendor active or inactivate a vendor, go to the Vendor Manager
