Config Option - AllowNullJobPositionOnWizard

AllowNullJobPositionOnWizard controls whether a user is able to create an order without a job title.

Property location:	Config Option > User > OrderPermission
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: Allows users to create and save an order without a job title.
	False: Restricts the ability to save an order without a job title.
Where the setting is reflected...	Order > Job Title > ability to save the order
