Config Option - txn_ImportWebTime

The txn_ImportWebTime config option allows users or groups to import web time. 

txn_ImportWebTime properties

Admin Tool location:	Config Option > User or Group setting
Default:	Checked
Valid values:	Checking or un-checking the Active checkbox. If checked, the user has the ability to import web time.  If un-checked, the user does not have the ability to import web time.
Where the setting is reflected...	If the user has the ability to import web time.
