Config Option - TimeEntrySplitViewExportToExcelDocumentBrowseFolder

The TimeEntrySplitViewExportToExcelDocumentBrowseFolder property sets the default folder path for the Time Entry Split View data. Then, when choosing to export to Excel, the file location entered in this property is opened by default.
