The ShowUniversalSearch property controls whether a user can view and use Universal Search on the Start Page.

ShowUniversalSearch properties

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: User is allowed to view and use the Universal Search option on the Start Page.
	False: Universal Search option is hidden, preventing the user from using the search feature.
Where the setting is reflected...	Search area at the top of the Start Page.
