Config Option - ShowHelpUsrPw

The ShowHelpUsrPw property allows a user to display their user name and password for their external web link, and it also opens that web link. This is done by pressing F12.

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: User can press F12 to display their user name and password for their external web link, and it also opens that web link.
	False: Window does not appear.
