Config Option - AllowInactiveDirectDeposit

The AllowInactiveDirectDeposit property controls whether users are allowed to make changes in existing direct deposit setups to indicate whether a bank configuration is active or inactive.

 

 

AllowInactiveDirectDeposit properties

Admin Tools location: Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default: False
Valid values: True: The Active checkbox in Employee > Payroll > Direct Deposit Setup section will be enabled, allowing users to modify the value.
False: The Active checkbox in Employee > Payroll > Direct Deposit Setup section will be disabled, preventing users from editing it.
Where the setting is reflected... In the Employee section: Payroll > Direct Deposit tab, the Active checkbox will display as either enabled or disabled.
