Config Option - AllowEditCustomerMarkup

The AllowEditCustomerMarkup property controls whether a user can add or edit markups in the Customer section.

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: Allows the user to add or edit markups in Order Options.
	False: User is not allowed to add or edit markups.
