Horizontal panels are displayed on the bottom of the center panel. They contain information that is relative to the work that is currently being performed in the center panel.

Assignment
The Assignment panel includes details about assignments for the selected section, including employee, customer, and department names; job titles, pay and bill rates, performance, dates, and end reasons. Also included in the panel is a Message button that appears to the left in the grid for each assignment. This button can be used to easily log a message to an assignment. When clicked, the New Message window appears, allowing you to define and attach messages in the same manner as performed elsewhere in the application.
