Avionté uses a service that collects license usage from each customer database. If an error occurs during the processing of license information, or if your site is not current or in compliance with licensing, the following error messages may display when you start up Avionté.

The number of licenses used has been exceeded. Please contact Avionte Customer Support for assistance. | The number of active Avionté users has exceeded the number of licensed users at your site, plus the number of "grace" users your company is granted. |
The number of licenses used has been exceeded. You have {0} days to update your licensing. Please contact Avionte Customer Support for assistance. | The number of active Avionté users has exceeded the number of licensed users at your site, and your license is in a grace period (the number of days is displayed). Contact Avionté Customer Support to discuss options for updating your license. |
The license type is incorrect. Please contact Avionte Customer Support for assistance. | Your current license setup is configured with an unsupported licensing type. Contact Customer Support to have the correct type applied. |
Could not access Usage Service. Please contact Customer Support. | A problem occurred while the Avionte core application tried to communicate with the license usage service. |
The company name is missing. Please review setup in Avionte core application. | The correct company name was not found by the license usage service. Ensure that the company name is entered correctly in the LicenseCompanyName config option. |
The user name is missing. Please contact Avionte Customer Support. | The current user name was not supplied to the license usage service. |
The database name is missing. Please contact Avionte Customer Support. | The database name was not supplied to the license usage service. |
The user group name is missing. Please contact Avionte Customer Support. | The user group was not supplied to the license usage service. |
The staffing supplier code is missing. Please contact Avionte Customer Support. | The staffing supplier code was not supplied to the license usage service. |
The API Key is missing. Please review setup in Avionte core application. | The licensing API key was not found by the license usage service. Ensure that your site's API key (provided by Avionté) is entered correctly in the LicenseAPIKey config option. |
