The UnemploymentStartDateDays property is used to calculate the period of liability for the unemployment account. Start date subtracts UnemploymentStartDateDays from End Date (usually the date of receipt of claim). The End Date can be any number of days (unlimited), but the typical look-back is 180 days for most states.
