Config Option - Allow1099orSubAgency

The Allow1099orSubAgency property controls whether a user can specify an employee is a 1099 or sub agency employee.

Property location:	Config Option > Supplier > EmployerSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Users can specify whether an employee is a 1099 or Sub Agency employee.
	False: The Agency drop-down and W2 checkbox are disabled, preventing the user from modifying these settings.
Where the setting is reflected...	New Assignment add form, Time Entry Card View, Employee section's Detail tab, Assignment section's Detail tab.
