The SendMassMailUsingCLR property determines the origin of the functionality for the MassMail feature. This option should only be changed through advisement from Avionté.

Property location:	Config Option > Supplier > EmployerSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Mass Mail functionality is provided through custom code (Avionte.CLR.MassMail in the database).
	False: Mass Mail functionality is provided through standard code in the application.
