Config Option - EmailAssignmentStartSheetOnNewAssignment

The EmailAssignmentStartSheetOnNewAssignment will email the employee the assignment startsheet upon placement on an order if the value is set to true, the users has an SMTP profile set up, and the employee has an email address in their contact methods.

Property location:	Config Option > Supplier > EmployerSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Will email the employee the assignment startsheet upon assigning to order.
	False: Will not email employee the assignment startsheet upon assigning to order.
