Config Option - CheckDuplicateEmployeeResumeParserSP

The config option CheckDuplicateEmployeeResumeParserSP enables the system to notify the user when a resume parse is attempted for an employee record that already exists in the system. When selected, the option checks for duplicates based on the Street1 Address, Email Address, Primary Phone, Name, and Primary Address.
