Skills Wizard

The New Skills wizard allows you to select specific skill codes from various categories and add them in aggregate to the grid where the New Skills button was accessed.

Accessing the New Skills wizard

The New Skills wizard can be accessed from the Skills items of the following sections:

• Employee
• Customer
• Order
• DH Order
• Contact
• Agency

Using the New Skills wizard

To use the New Skills wizard:

• Select the category for the skill code you wish to include by double-clicking the row of the category that houses your skill code.
• Place a check in the box of the Select column that corresponds to the individual skill code that you want to include. If you want to include every skill code in a particular category, check the box next to the Select label on the category column header.
• When you have selected all of the skill codes you want to include click the Finish button to save your data and return to the previous screen.
