Issue
The creation for the Login Account failed.
Resolution
The username already exists...
The account cannot be created in the event of duplicate usernames, even if the duplicate is outside of your company. Change the Name Separating Character to something different and attempt to create the account again.
For example, if the username john.smith already exists and the customer hires a second person named John Smith, the username John.Smith2 can be created to accommodate the second user. This structure is also useful to accommodate a returning user that should not be associated with prior history.
Note: This can also occur with a user folder sharing the name of the desired username
The username contains ".test"...
Usernames that contain .test are reserved for Avionté use. Change the Name Separating Character to an underscore or a dash in the event of a last name starting with "test".
