Config Option - FlowDownCustomerContractText

The FlowDownCustomerContractText property controls whether the text from the Contract Text box in the Root Customer is copied when creating a new department.

Property location:	Config Option > Employer > EmployerSetting
Default:	False
Valid values:	True: Copies the text from the Contract Text box in the Root Customer when creating a new department.
	False: Does not copy the text from the Contract Text box in the Root Customer when creating a new department.
