The NewDHOrderDocumentBrowseFolder property sets the default location used when browsing to attach a document on the New Direct Hire Order window in the Customer section.

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	%userprofile%\My Documents
Valid values:	Valid path to the document folder.
