Config Option - DefaultCountryCode

The DefaultCountryCode property sets the default value for the Country field in the New Employee wizard.

DefaultCountryCode properties

Admin Tools location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default	US
Valid values:	Any valid country codes defined in Admin Tools > Employer> State/Country
