Config Option - AllowSystemSetup

The AllowSystemSetup property controls whether a user can add staffing suppliers/employers in the system.

AllowSystemSetup properties

Property location:	Config Option > User > User_UserSetting
Default:	True
Valid values:	True: User is allowed to add suppliers/employers, branches, users, and announcements. User can also manage permissions to reports and advanced queries.
	False: User is not allowed to add suppliers/employers, branches, users, and announcements. "Add New" buttons for branch and user tabs in Admin Tools will be greyed out. User cannot manage permissions to reports and advanced queries. If a user tries to add a supplier, a message is displayed saying "You are not allowed to Add New Staffing Supplier"
Where the setting is reflected...	Admin Tools > Employer, then right-click to Add New Staffing Supplier. Admin Tools > Employer > User, Branch.  Admin Tools > System > Reports. Admin Tools > System > Announcement.
